Registration
To participate in our product testing program and receive products for review, users are required to create an account. During the account creation process, users will need to provide the personal information in the registration form. Additionally, Sampling Review may occasionally request additional personal data from users.
Each individual is allowed to create and utilize only one account, and only one account per postal address will be authorized.
You agree that the Personal Data you provide during your user registration is truthful, accurate, and complete in every aspect. You agree to promptly inform Sampling Review of any changes to your Personal Data by updating your account information.
You agree not to impersonate any other individual or entity, and you will not use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
To register, you must provide a valid postal address and email address.
Upon successfully creating the account, a confirmation email containing the user’s login credentials (username and password) will be sent to the provided email address during the registration process. The user must click on the confirmation link of the email to validate his/her registration.
Eligibility
Users are selected based on their profile and product availability, subject to the current stock.
Membership under sampling review is restricted to individuals only.
By proceeding, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and is either a citizen or resident of Malaysia.
Sample Test Liabilities & Reviews
By signing up our sampling program, you agree to receive free samples of our products or services periodically. We reserve the right to determine the frequency and type of samples we sent to you.
Selected users MUST provide feedback on a previously received products or services before claiming to receive a new one.
Users are expected to choose only the products or services they are genuinely interested in.
If particular participant is selected, that participant’s username, email address or their name will be published on https://samplingreview.com/.
You agree not to publish any offensive, obscene, or violent opinions, or information. Furthermore, you agree not to contravene the current legal regulations in Malaysia and infringe upon the rights of individuals. You also agree to abide by all relevant laws, statutes, and regulations in force in Malaysia from time to time.
If any of these measures are violated, the content you have posted on the Website will be deleted without prior formal notice, and your access to the services may be suspended or terminated immediatley. Sampling Review retains the absolute discretion to refuse or revoke a user’s account immediately and without prior notice if deceptive or deliberately false information has been provided.
Sampling Review reserves the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate a sampling campaign with or without prior notification to the users. If this right is exercised, Sampling Review cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages suffered by a aser or any third party.
The user acknowledges that use of the product during the test offered by Sampling Review is the sole and full responsibility of the user. The user shall not in any circumstances hold Sampling Review or any other related parties responsible and liable to any consequences of using the products or services.
The user confirm that they have obtained the required legal age to participate in the sampling program.
By participating in this sampling activity, you acknowledge and agree that Sampling Review shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect physical damages caused to the participants or users. This includes, but is not limited to, any physical, emotional, financial, or reputational harm that may arise from the participation in the sampling activity or use of the products or services.
You understand and accept that Sampling Review does not guarantee the completeness, or reliability of any products or services provided during the sampling activity. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk. Furthermore, the organizer shall not be liable for any errors, interruptions, delays, or omissions in the sampling activity, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of your participation. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating. Your participation signifies your full and unconditional acceptance and understanding.
Shipping and Sample Disclaimer
By participating in this event/activity/service and providing your address during registration, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Shipping Responsibility:
Sampling Review will make reasonable efforts to ship the samples to the address provided during registration. However, we do not assume responsibility for any delays, errors, or failures in the shipping process that may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Samples
Sampling Review are not responsible for any lost or stolen samples once they have been shipped to the address provided during registration. Once the samples are in transit, the risk of loss or theft shall be transfered to the recipient. We recommend you to ensure the accuracy and security of your delivery address to minimize the risk of such incidents.
Sample Availability
The availability of samples is limited and subject to stock availability. While we strive to fulfill all sample requests, there may be instances where samples run out due to high demand or other factors. In such cases, we apologize for any inconvenience caused but in any circumstances, we shall not be held responsible for the unavailability of samples.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain locations or regions based on logistical limitations, legal requirements, or other factors. If your address falls within a restricted shipping area, we may be unable to ship the samples to you. We will notify you in such cases and your participation in such event/activity/service shall be terminated.
Shipping Errors:
If you believe there has been an error in the shipping of your samples, please contact us promptly with the relevant details. We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or replacement of samples.
Please ensure that you provide accurate and up-to-date address information during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe receipt of the samples once they have been shipped.
Personal Data Protection
By signing up the sampling program provided by Sampling Review, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the management and protection of personal data:

By participating in any sampling activities with Sampling Review, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding intellectual property as below:
Ownership of Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, copyrights, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights associated with Sampling Review, its website, content, and services, are the sole property of Sampling Review or its licensors. You understand and acknowledge that no transfer or license of any intellectual property rights is granted to you except as expressly stated in these terms and conditions.
User-Generated Content
If you submit any user-generated content, such as reviews, feedback, comments, or any other materials, to Sampling Review, you grant Sampling Review a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media, for any purpose related to Sampling Review’s activities, without further compensation to you.
Consent for Use of Reviews and Media
By participating in the Sampling Review program, you, the participant, expressly grant permission to the product provider to publish, display, reproduce, and utilize your written reviews and recorded review videos across various media platforms including, but not limited to, social media channels, websites, and promotional materials. This consent is provided without restriction on time or geographic location, and without any entitlement to compensation or claim for royalties.
Media Consent
You acknowledge and agree that any written reviews and video recordings submitted as part of this program may be used by the product provider for marketing, promotional, and any other business purposes as deemed appropriate by the provider. You understand that your participation and the submission of any content, including written reviews and videos, will result in the use of said content in public media as outlined above.
Opt-Out
If you do not wish for your reviews and videos to be used in public media, you are advised not to enroll in the Sampling Review program. Participants not comfortable with public visibility of their submissions should refrain from uploading review videos or providing written content that they do not wish to be publicly disseminated. By continuing with the enrollment process and participating in the Sampling Review program, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of these terms and grant the aforementioned permissions regarding the use of your reviews and media submissions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with enrollment or content submission.
Prohibited Use of Intellectual Property
You agree not to use any intellectual property owned by Sampling Review or its licensors without obtaining prior written permission. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, modifying, distributing, displaying, transmitting, or creating derivative works of such intellectual property. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property may result in legal action and Sampling Review or its licensors shall entitle to claim from you the damage caused therefrom.
Protection of Intellectual Property
Sampling Review respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same. If you believe that any content on Sampling Review’s website or services infringes upon your intellectual property rights, please promptly notify Sampling Review in writing with the relevant details.
Third-Party Intellectual Property:
Sampling Review respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. Any intellectual property owned by third parties and displayed on Sampling Review’s website or services is used under license or with permission.
Disclaimer of Liability
Sampling Review disclaims any liability for any infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property rights by users or third parties. While Sampling Review takes reasonable measures to protect intellectual property, it cannot guarantee the absolute security and protection of intellectual property from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

Account Termination
Sampling Review reserves the right to terminate a user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice or explanation. The user account may be terminated if the user violates any of the terms and conditions stated herein.
Termination of the user account may result in the immediate removal of access to all services and features provided by Sampling Review.
The user account may also be terminated if the user engages in fraudulent activities, attempts to manipulate the system, or breaches the security of the website or associated platforms.
Upon termination of the user account, the user will no longer be eligible to participate in product testing, receive products, or enjoy any other benefits associated with Sampling Review.
Sampling Review shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any consequences or damages arising from the termination of the user account. The user acknowledges and agrees that Sampling Review’s decision to terminate an account is final and binding.
The user has the right to terminate their Sampling Review user account at any time. To initiate the account termination process, the user must follow the instructions provided by contacting the customer support team.
Upon termination of the user account, all access and privileges associated with the account will be immediately revoked. Sampling Review shall not be responsible or liable for any consequences or loss of data resulting from the termination of the user account.
Any outstanding obligations or commitments that the user has with Sampling Review must be fulfilled prior to the termination of the account.
The user understands and agrees that upon termination, they will no longer be eligible to participate in any product testing campaigns or receive any benefits associated with the Sampling Review platform.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Sampling Review reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Any changes or modifications to the terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on the Sampling Review website or through other communication channels deemed appropriate by Sampling Review.
It is the responsibility of the user to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.
By continuing to use the services provided by Sampling Review after the modified terms and conditions have been posted, the user agrees to be bound by the revised terms.
If the user disagrees with any of the changes made to the terms and conditions, their only recourse is to discontinue the use of Sampling Review’s services.
Sampling Review shall not be liable to the user or any third party for any consequences or damages arising from the modification or change of the terms and conditions.
